A $100.00 deposit is due to hold and secure the date for your
event. We will not be able to hold the date for your event until
the deposit and signed Terms and Conditions
are received.
Payment in full is due on or before the date of your event. Payment
made on the date of the event MUST be in cash or by credit card.
If payment in full is not received, the party will be canceled
and the deposit will not be returned.
All equipment provided by Take Aim must be returned in working
order at the end of your event. The renter will be charged for
any broken or missing equipment.
Cancellation less than 48 hours before the event will result
in the loss of the deposit.
Customers are responsible for providing a safe place for tag
play.
A waiver must be signed by the renter
for Sticky and Water Tag events and a release
must be signed by all participants (if participant is under
18, a parent or legal guardian MUST sign) for Laser Tag events.
All participants must also sign a
Code of Conduct form.
Weather conditions are beyond our control. We reserve the right
to make the decision as to whether it is safe to play. If your
party must be canceled due to poor weather conditions or if your
party must be stopped before at least 75% of the time has been
used, you will be offered a rain date.
TAKE AIM reserves the right to remove from play anyone not abiding
by the Code of Conduct and no
money will be refunded
