How many players can play at once?
Players can be rotated throughout the event. For laser tag, 10 players can play at a time. Water tag can accommodate 10 players at a time. The Sticky Tag arena can accomodate up to 8 players at a time.
How much room do we need?
There is no perfect answer to this. The average space per player should be approximately 150 square feet when using the barriers for laser tag. The arena measurements are 20 x 32 (sticky tag) and 16 x 28 (water tag).
How does weather impact a party?
When using the sticky tag arena, the weather has little impact (unless there is strong winds or lightning). When playing outdoors, we can play as long as there is no lightning, heavy rain, sleet, or hail. The water tag is an open arena and should be played when the weather is above 70 degrees.
Is it safe?
Our laser guns use an infrared light, or IR for short. IR is the same as normal light, but with a longer wavelength that our eyes are not sensitive to. There is limited physical contact in laser tag, sticky tag, and water tag.
What should we expect?
TAKE AIM will arrive at your location approximately 30 minutes
before the start of your event to set up. The staff will organize
the games and stay onsite for the entire event for Laser Tag rentals.
When the event is over, the staff will break down and pack up
the equipment. We do not provide food or drinks for events.
What type of clothing should be worn?
We recommend comfortable clothing, athletic shoes, and a baseball hat or other hat with a brim on it for laser tag. No shoes are worn inside the sticky tag arena. Appropriate attire for water activity is recommended (swimsuits, water shoes,etc) for water tag.
